With the Picklemeister you can have lactic acid fermented vegetables such as dill pickles, sauerkraut or kimchi on your table in just 4-5 days. Best of all, the Picklemeister comes with a non-plastic, glass jar. The Picklemeister comes in your choice of a 2.5 gallon, 1 gallon, 1/2 gallon and wide or regular mason canning jars. The various sized jars allow you to pick one that fits your needs best. The quart sizes are handy for experimenting and the large sizes are great for keeping a continues supply on the table.

There may be no easier or more cost effective way to get your daily dose of beneficial vitamins, minerals, enzymes and probiotics than with lactic acid fermented vegetables.
