The Wetterlings’ Splitting Maul is a heavy duty tool for those larger chunks of wood. It is 31 3/4″ overall with a 2 3/4″ cutting edge. The splitting maul has a tempered poll that can be used in combination with a splitting wedge. It weighs 7 pounds and has the largest head of any of the Wetterlings splitting tools.
