This Wood Stove Eye Lifter is indispensable for those who enjoy cooking on a wood stove. Some stove models use the eye to feed the fire in the fire box, and all stoves allow you to use round bottom cooking pots without the eye cover in place. You can even flip a cast iron waffle iron without lifting it up, when used on a wood cook stove with the eye lid removed. This lid lifter is made of cast iron with a wire spring handle which helps it stay cool. A hole in the handle allows for the hanging of the Lid Lifter when not in use. It is 7.5″ long.
