This glove provides outstanding protection from cuts and lacerations. It features a stainless steel core, encapsulated so you have no risk of wire fragments breaking and falling into food or cutting you! Soil resistant and easy to launder. Great for cooking, food processing, meat packing, glass and metal handling. This glove is very cut resistant, but you should still use caution especially when using high speed or serrated blades. Note: this is a single glove, not a pair.
